Sex, Love and Hershey Kisses

Last night we had a relationship panel at our Campus for Christ weekly meeting. Guess who was featured as the dating/engaged couple. Yup, Varun and I. It was actually really fun. The rest of the panelists were really articulate and wise, I think I learned a lot from them. It was encouraging to hear how their walks with God have shaped their relationships--whether married or single.

Some of my favorite quotes from the evening:

John Hau: (regarding marriage)...so I guess we had to learn to talk about things. I think women like to talk about their feelings more...verbalize...Guys are just kinda like "yeah, okay...what?"

Varun: So boundaries need to be made together. I was a bit more on the conservative side, but Amelia, she's a lot more Italian!
